(1) The meeting of the National Executive Committee shall normally be held four times a year. shall preside over the meeting of the committee.

(3) Other procedures related to the meeting of the National Executive Committee shall be as determined by the National Executive Committee itself.

(4) Chairman, members and members of the National Executive Committee- The meeting allowance to be received by the secretary for participating in the meeting will be as prescribed.
